lowercase d, an all-volunteer New York City based mostly local effort, is focused on creating a citizen lawmaking capacity that makes use of today's understanding and tools. After thousands of conversations with hundreds of people and thousands of hours of research by volunteers, law student interns, and lawyers, there has now begun a jostle and a murmur.
